A Bulgarian Gen Z Student’s Eye-opening Tour of CIFTIS 2024 🌏
When Maria Dimitrova, a 22-year-old Bulgarian student with a love for all things tech, landed in Beijing for CIFTIS 2024, she was in for the adventure of a lifetime! 🛬✨
From the moment she entered the expo, Maria was wowed by the vibrant showcase of global innovation. “I felt like a kid in a candy store,” she laughs. “There was so much to see, from VR experiences to eco-friendly gadgets.”
But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the connections she made. “I hung out with fellow Gen Zers from India, Indonesia, and Thailand,” Maria beams. “We swapped stories, shared memes, and realized we’re pretty much on the same wavelength!”
They bonded over K-pop playlists, shared TikTok trends, and debated the future of AI over some delicious street food. 🍜🎧 “It was amazing how we clicked instantly,” she says. “It didn’t matter where we came from — we all share the same hopes for a better, more connected world.”
Maria believes that events like CIFTIS are shaping how Gen Z sees the world. “We’re a generation that thinks beyond borders,” she notes. “Collaboration is our key, and technology is our playground!”
As she bids farewell to Beijing, Maria carries with her not just business cards, but lifelong friendships and a renewed passion to make a difference. “Can’t wait to see what we cook up together next!” she winks. 😉
