Tap water coverage in rural areas jumped to 68.7%, so villagers can turn on the faucet without trekking miles for fresh water 🚰. Average disposable income reached 31,358 yuan, while rural folks average 21,578 yuan (≈$3,002)—more cash for chai and fun night markets.

Life expectancy climbed to 72.5 years as healthcare reaches further into the hills.
