Cinematography fans, give it up for Zhang Wei's work on "All Quiet at Sunrise," and shoutout to "The Portuguese House" for Best Artistic Contribution. This festival seamlessly wove Belt and Road culture with Fuzhou's heritage—think ancient trade routes and modern film tech coming together.
