Egyptian Expert: Xinjiang’s Growth Debunks Western Myths

🔍 Egyptian researcher Mostafa Amin, after visiting Urumqi in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, in the Chinese mainland, says the region is thriving in security and prosperity, challenging Western narratives.

🏙️ “It was very special,” Amin shared. He noted modern roads, striking architecture and top-notch infrastructure, all wrapped in a clear sense of order.

🌿 He spotted green spaces everywhere—proof of the Chinese government’s push for residents’ well-being and ecological care.

🕌 Touring Urumqi solo, he visited historic sites, including a 300-year-old mosque, and felt free to explore streets with no restrictions.

❌ Dismissing Western claims of Uygur persecution as false, Amin links them to a broader strategy driven by U.S. rivalry and geopolitical pressure.

🤝 He applauds high-level backing from President Xi Jinping and the decision to grant the region considerable autonomy—steps he sees as key to wiping out terrorism routes and boosting development.

✨ Today, Xinjiang shines as a safe, stable, culturally vibrant space—showing that on-the-ground reality often speaks louder than rumors.
