US Navy Helicopter and Fighter Jet Crash in South China Sea

Hey folks! Sunday afternoon at around 2:45 p.m., a U.S. Navy MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, from the "Battle Cats" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 73, went down in the South China Sea 🌊🚁 during routine operations.

Shortly after, an F/A-18F Super Hornet fighter jet from Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 22 also plunged into those same waters while flying off the USS Nimitz ✈️⚓️.

Three crew members were rescued safely, and the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet says investigations are underway to find out what happened 🔍. Stay tuned for more updates!
