Shenzhou-20 Astronauts Set to Land Today in Inner Mongolia

Hey space fans, get ready: today (Friday, Nov 14), China’s Shenzhou-20 crew—astronauts Chen Dong, Chen Zhongrui, and Wang Jie—is set to land back on Earth aboard the Shenzhou-21 spacecraft, the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) confirmed. 🌍🚀

The capsule will touch down at the Dongfeng landing site in the northern Chinese mainland’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Ground teams have prepped the zone, ensuring everything runs super smooth for the trio’s re-entry and touchdown.

Originally, the landing was aiming for November 5—but a curious bump from tiny space debris led to a brief delay. No worries though: all three astronauts are in great shape, and mission control has double-checked every system before giving the green light.

Looking ahead, CMSA also dropped news that Shenzhou-22 will launch at an appropriate time. So stay tuned—China’s crewed space program is just heating up! 🔭✨
