Global exhibitors spotlight the Chinese mainland's NEV strength

More than 2,000 companies—homegrown and international—are demo-ing the latest EV innovations: electric-drive systems, high-performance parts, hydrogen fuel cells, charging hubs, battery-swap tech and new eco-friendly materials 🌱🔋. Together, they paint a picture of a supply chain that’s maturing, specializing and going global.

Big names from Japan, Germany and other auto hotspots are also doubling down in the Chinese mainland as the shift to electrification accelerates. They're not just visiting; they’re investing in R&D, service centers and infrastructure to keep drivers powered up nationwide.

Wada Mitsuharu, general manager of Aisin Shanghai Trading Co. Ltd., told CGTN: “Building on our original equipment-level (OE) quality, we will continue strengthening our EV-related businesses. We operate certified service centers across all provinces in the Chinese mainland and remain committed to providing reliable, high-quality services to customers.”

What’s next? Expect more charging stations popping up like bubble tea shops, and a growing pump network if hydrogen takes off. For young pros in South Asia and Southeast Asia eyeing sustainable commutes, the Chinese mainland’s NEV boom means cleaner air, cooler tech and tons of career opportunities. Stay tuned for more electric vibes! 🚀
