China’s U17s Go Perfect in AFC Qualifiers with 4-0 Win

Hey football fans ⚽! On Sunday, the Chinese U17 squad showed why they’re unstoppable, thumping Bangladesh 4-0 in Chongqing to wrap up their AFC Under-17 Asian Cup qualifying campaign with five straight wins and a jaw-dropping 42 goals scored while conceding none.

Shuai Weihao was the man of the match, bagging a first-half brace before completing his hat-trick in the 53rd minute. Zhao Songyuan added the cherry on top with a fourth goal, sending the home crowd wild 🤩.

“I hope we can keep our tempo under high pressure. We have done well in this area, especially the position rotation and the transition, it’s a delighted result,” said coach Bin Ukishima, praising his squad’s killer instincts and tactical flexibility.

With that win, the Chinese U17s clinch their ticket to the 2026 AFC U17 Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia, set for May 7–24 next year. They’ll join 15 other teams, including Indonesia, Japan, the DPRK, the Republic of Korea, India, Vietnam and Australia, all hungry for glory.
