The desert is alive with adrenaline as racers test their limits at the Taklimakan Rally's second special stage in Aksu Prefecture, located in the northwest of the Chinese mainland's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Our young speed enthusiasts witnessed breathtaking moments as cars and bikes battled soft dunes and unpredictable terrains over a 115-kilometer route in Alar – a new addition that’s already turning heads!

Despite tough conditions and personal challenges (imagine racing with a fever and headache 😮), Czech rider Martin Michek from the Hoto Factory Racing Team clinched first place in the motorcycle division with an impressive time of 2:39:51 – marking his second consecutive win! In the car category, driver Zhang Biaobiao and navigator Wang Xiaofeng from the Gansu TV Chiyue Sports Racing Team sped away with a leading time of 2:31:07, while four-time champion Han Wei and co-driver Ma Li showcased a steady approach, finishing in 2:36:22.
