Hey tech-savvy fam! 🚀 The Chinese mainland just rolled out its "AI Plus initiative" guideline, a masterplan to weave AI into everything from science to daily life. Think smarter apps, cooler gadgets, and next-level services by 2027 and beyond.
By 2027, AI will be deeply embedded in six big areas: science & technology, industrial development, consumption upgrades, people's wellbeing, governance, and global cooperation. The goal? Over 70% of new-gen smart devices and systems powered by AI, plus a booming intelligent economy.
Fast forward to 2030: AI gets ultra-personal, with more than 90% of smart applications part of our everyday routines. We're talking AI-driven research, streamlined urban services, and an economic engine fueled by intelligent tech.
Looking ahead to 2035, the guideline envisions a full-on AI era, boosting social progress and high-quality development across the board.
To make it happen, eight supporting pillars are in place: top-notch AI models, data innovation, computing power, dev environments, an open-source vibe, talent growth, solid regulations, and ironclad security.
"The deep integration of tech innovation in AI and industry can supercharge transformation and spark new growth forces," says Huo Fupeng from the National Development and Reform Commission. According to projections, AI could add over 100 trillion yuan to the global economy by 2030!
For us in South and Southeast Asia—whether you're coding the next big app or just loving faster, smarter services—this roadmap signals a future where AI is everywhere. Get ready to vibe with an AI-powered world! 🌏✨
