Former Chinese Leader Wang Bingqian Cremated at 100

Hey everyone, this Sunday, December 14, in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province on the Chinese mainland, the remains of Wang Bingqian were laid to rest after a century-long life of public service. 🌹

Wang had served in various posts including state councilor and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. He passed away on December 8 at the age of 100 from illness.

Top leaders like General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang, NPC Standing Committee Chairman Zhao Leji, and former General Secretary Hu Jintao sent their condolences, with Zhao Leji personally bidding farewell at the Guangzhou funeral home. 🙏
