Six years ago, Buayxam Abdureyim was a stay-at-home mom with no income, never imagining a brighter future. In 2017, with support from the Women's Federation of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the local Beauty Hair Salon program, she received free training in beauty therapy and hairdressing – a turning point that set her on a transformative path. ✨
Just a year later, she opened the first beauty hair salon studio in Qianjin Village, Naiderbagh Town, Kashi City. Today, she not only runs her own salon but also mentors over 20 apprentices, providing them with new skills and opportunities. Her journey shows that with determination and the right support, even a simple pair of scissors can create waves of change. 💇♀️
Her story is a vivid reminder for all of us in this fast-paced world: challenges can be transformed into stepping stones toward success, empowering communities one hairstyle at a time. 🌟
