A sudden thunderstorm in Ha Long Bay turned a peaceful cruise into a devastating tragedy. The cruise ship, carrying 53 people – 48 tourists and 5 crew members – capsized, leading to at least 38 confirmed deaths and 12 rescues. Rescue teams are working hard in tough conditions to reach those in need.
