Hey everyone, here’s some heavy news from eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. In the early hours of July 27, a brutal attack struck a Catholic church in Komanda. Members of the Allied Democratic Force carried out the assault around 1 a.m., leaving devastation in their wake.
At least 43 lives were lost, including children, while several houses and shops were burned and a local bank was looted. Many of the victims were preparing for a religious celebration, making this incident even more heartbreaking. 😢
